UPON the Appellant’s application for the continuation of the Order of 8 July 2020;

AND UPON the Legal Representatives of the Press having been notified of the application on 18 March 2021 by service of an Explanatory Note;

AND UPON consideration of the statement of truth of Fahad Ansari;

UPON the Respondent confirming that she does not oppose the application;

IT IS ORDERED THAT:

1. The effect of Commission’s 8 July 2020 is to continue until further order.
2. The Appellant, the Secretary of State and the Legal Representatives (as defined in the Practice Note) have liberty to apply to vary paragraph 1 above on 48 hours’ written notice to the parties.
