Observations
The substantive hearing in this matter is listed for 18th March 2026. It appears the fact that these applications were outstanding had been overlooked administratively until now.
I am satisfied that the extension to the Anonymity Order is necessary for the reasons advanced by the Claimant.
The two EOT applications each sought an extended deadline which has already lapsed. I cannot discern from the file that any prejudice would be occasioned to the Defendant by granting them.
I do not understand the two JSA applications to be opposed. I am content to grant them in the circumstances and for the reasons set out each application.
