1. Pursuant to CPR 39.2, the Claimant is to be referred to as “CK”. Any report of these proceedings must not identify the Claimant or her daughter directly or indirectly.
2. Pursuant to CPR 5.4C(4), a person who is not a party to these proceedings may obtain a copy of a statement of case, judgment or order from court records only if it has been anonymised (by removing the names of the Claimant and her daughter).
3. Time for filing an Acknowledgement of Service is abridged to 4pm on 19 September 2022.
4. The papers are to be referred to a High Court Judge or Deputy High Court Judge on 23 September 2022 to decide (a) permission and (b) interim relief.
