John Addis has been guilty of contempt of this court by:
Breaching the injunction order dated 19/10/21 in that;
- On 18 March 2022 a verbal argument took place between the Defendant and a neighbouring resident in the communal area of the block in which the property is located. The Defendant was heard shouting words to the effect of “I will fucking kill Jenkins Let me tell fucking tell you, you cheeky cunt” and
- On 19 March 2022 a verbal argument took place between the Defendant and a neighbouring resident in the communal area of the block in which the property is located. The Defendant was heard shouting the words to the effect of “you’re a nonce”
And for his contempt, the court imposed the penalty of:
14 days imprisonment, suspended on condition that the Defendant complies with the terms of the extended injunction order which expires on 23/12/22
