  1. On the 24th of March 2023 (and 28th February 2023) this court determined that the following named person had committed contempt of court
    (2) Mark Bishop
  1. In relation to an order dated
    20.2.23
  1. which provided that the Defendant is prohibited from [set out relevant paras of the order]
    Entering the London Borough of Islington, being the area within the red line on the map attached (marked “A”), or being on any side of a road or street through which that boundary line runs, save that the Defendant may pass through the London Borough of Islington and/or the said roads/streets on public transport (e.g. bus, train, tube or taxi) providing he does not alight (i.e. exit) such public transport within the area from which this paragraph otherwise excludes him.
  1. the court found that she had disobeyed/breached that order by
    (a) On 27.2.23 being in Hornsey Road in the London Borough of Islington (“the First Breach” and
    (b) Between about 22.00 on 6.3.23 and 00.44 on 7.3.23 being on Stacey Street, Val McKenzie Avenue and Isledon Road, each being within the London Borough of Islington (“the Second Breach”)
  1. and imposed the following sentence(s)
    (a) 28 days imprisonment for First Breach
    (b) 84 days less 36 days for the Second Breach, being 48 days

These sentences are to run concurrently.
