On 10 September 2025, District Judge Byass sitting in the County Court at Bath as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant SADIE POUSSON in the above case, to a fine of £350 suspended for six months (until 4pm 10 March 2026) for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 16 April 2024. The basis of the sentence imposed is that SADIE POUSSON admitted breaches of the injunction dated 16 April 2024, by:
- On the morning of 4 September 2024, breached paragraph 1 of Injunction dated 16 April 2024 by allowing more than 1 person in the property let to her by the Claimant.
- On the morning of 4 September 2024, breached paragraph 2 of Injunction of 16 April 2024 by storing items within the communal hallways within the property let to her by the Claimant.
- On the afternoon of 11 September 2024 breached paragraph 1 of the injunction dated 16 April 2024 by allowing more than 1 person in the property let to her by the Claimant
These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 16 April 2024 to which the Defendant SADIE POUSSON was subject.
