In relation to the above numbered case on 20 September 2023 District Judge Campbell sitting in the County Court in Bath sentenced the Defendant as follows:

“It was found that on 6/9/23 Mr Darren Smith did breach two of the terms of the injunction order dated 12/6/23 namely:

That he attended at the Claimant’s offices without an appointment and

That he was verbally abusive and aggressive to the Claimant’s employees.

The court imposed a suspended sentence of eight weeks, suspended for the remaining term of the injunction order.”
