The court having found the Defendant to be in contempt of court following a hearing on 17 October 2023 

The Defendant is committed to prison for a total of 42 days (suspended) made up as follows: 

  1.  14 days imprisonment concurrently on each allegation relating to the movement of sheep. 
  2. 14 days imprisonment in respect of the failure to comply with paragraph 1 of the order of the court dated 4 May 2022 (the long term work) consecutive. 
  3. 14 days imprisonment in respect of the failure to comply with paragraph 4 of the order of the court dated 4 May 2022 (immediate work) consecutive. 

Such order to be suspended provided the Defendant complies with the terms of the order of the court dated 4 May 2022 as amended and the undertakings given to court at the time of the consent order.
