In relation to the above numbered case on 29 August 2022 Judge Sendall sitting in the Count Court at Newcastle Upon Tyne, Newcastle Civil & Family Courts as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 12 DAYS for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 22 August 2022.
The basis of the sentence imposed is that:
Graham Edmond was in breach of the Injunction, by being present within the specified exclusion zone.
- These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 22 August 2022 to which Graham Edmond was subject.
