In relation to the above numbered case on 20.6.23 , District Judge Greenidge, sitting in the County Court at Central London as a Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in this case, Adrian Michael Vaos, to a custodial sentence of 90 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 15 March 2023. The basis of
the sentence imposed is that the Defendant entered the subject property on six occasions contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order.
