Hearing at the County Court in Newcastle on 29/3/21 before DJ Hambler.
Lockhart was found to have breached an Injunction Order made under s1 of the Anti-social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014 on four occasions between 22/11/20 and 2/3/21 by shouting, swearing and playing loud music from his property, including during the early hours of the morning, disturbing neighbours
He was sentenced to 8 weeks in custody (2 weeks for each of the four breaches) suspended for the duration of the term of the injunction order, provided he complies with its terms in the future.
