In relation to the above numbered case on 28 May 2020 District Judge Brown sitting in the County Court in Bristol as a District Judge of the County Court in Bath, sentenced the defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 28 days (suspended)  for 12 months, for breach of an injunction order dated 7 May 2020.

The basis of the sentence imposed is that Andrew McGauley AKA (Andrew Curtis)  was in breach of the inunction by being aggressive to a neighbour and banging a stick on the neighbour’s window at 23:00 hours on 27 May 2020.

The basis of the sentence imposed is that Andrew McGauley AKA (Andrew Curtis) was in breach of the inunction by attacking  a lawful visitor  to his neighbourhood at around 11am on 12 May 2020.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the injunction Order dated 7 May 2020 to which Andrew McGauley AKA Andrew Curtis was subject
