Pursuant to the Practice Direction in relation to committal hearings, I provide the following information.

Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for contempt of court – open court.
In relation to case number PE21C30377 on 29th July 2021 at Cambridge Family Court, I Her Honour Judge Gordon-Saker, sentenced Patrick Lawrence to three months imprisonment for contempt of court for failure to comply with orders to provide information in relation to the whereabouts of children subject to care proceedings. The basis of the sentence was that the court was satisfied he had information in relation to the whereabouts of the children and he repeatedly failed to comply with court orders to provide the information.
