Geoffrey Dunnett has been guilty of contempt of this court by:

failing to comply with paragraph 2 of the order of the Court dated 16 July 2015 by sending individual separate communications to the Claimant, directly or indirectly, in breach of that injunction on the following numbered instances identified in Table 1 to the affidavit of George Wallington dated 17th July 2019 and adopting the same numbering:

And for his contempt the court imposed the penalty of:

a fine of £1500, payment suspended so long as the Defendant complies with paragraph 2 of the Injunction in the Order dated 16 July 2015 until 30 September 2025 after which the sentence and order to pay a fine be discharged. If during the period of suspension the Defendant fails to comply with paragraph 2 of the Order dated 16th July 2015 then the Court may require the payment of the fine to be made and may deal with any breach separately.
