On 8 October 2021, District Judge Beecham sitting in the County Court at Clerkenwell & Shoreditch as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant JAMIE CLARKSON in that case, to a custodial sentence of 42 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 29 September 2020. The basis of the sentence imposed is that JAMIE CLARKSON was in breach of the Injunction dated 29 September 2020, by

  1. On 31 August 2021, breached paragraphs 1 and 3 of Injunction dated 29 September 2020 by being in the exclusion zone and having drugs paraphernalia in a public place.
  2. On 15 September 2021, breached paragraphs 3 of Injunction of 29 September 2020 by having drugs paraphernalia in a public place.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 29 September 2021 to which the Defendant JAMIE CLARKSON was subject.
