- On 31 August 2021, breached paragraphs 1 and 3 of Injunction dated 29 September 2020 by being in the exclusion zone and having drugs paraphernalia in a public place.
- On 15 September 2021, breached paragraphs 3 of Injunction of 29 September 2020 by having drugs paraphernalia in a public place.
These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 29 September 2021 to which the Defendant JAMIE CLARKSON was subject.
