    BEING WITHIN THE AREA EDGED IN RED ON THE PLAN ATTACHED TO THE ORDER DATED 7TH JULY 2020

 

  1. the court found that the Defendant had disobeyed/breached that order as follows
    MS CASEY WAS WITHIN THE AREA EDGED IN RED ON THE PLAN ATTACHED TO THE ORDER DATED 7TH JULY 2020 ON 24TH JULY 2020

 

  1. and imposed the following sentence for the said breach

Breach SENTENCE OF 28 DAYS

 

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that

(2)  THERESA MARY CASEY *

be committed for contempt to prison for a period of 28 DAYS

The order is suspended until 4 pm on 7TH JULY 2021 and will not be put into force if during that time (2) THERESA MARY CASEY complies with THE TERMS OF THE ORDER DATED 7TH JULY 2020
