Upon hearing from counsel for the Claimant and the Second Defendant not attending on 4 March 2020 this court committed the Second Defendant Michael Riley to prison suspended on terms
In relation to an order dated 2 January 2020 which provided that the Defendant Michael Riley should not amongst other things enter or remain on any land or buildings at Atkinson House, Old Reigate Road, Betchworth
The court found following admissions and consideration of police statements that Michael Riley had breached that order by attending Atkinson House, Old Reigate Road, Betchworth
And imposed the following sentence for those breaches:

Breach Sentence
i 15 February 2020  i 12 weeks imprisonment
ii 20 February 2020  ii 12 weeks imprisonment
iii 23 February 2020 iii 12 weeks imprisonment

such period of imprisonment to run concurrently

The order is suspended until 4 PM on 4 March 2021 and will not be put in force if from the date of this order until 4 PM on 4 March 2021 Michael Riley complies with the terms of the Antisocial Behaviour Order dated 2 January 2020
It is further ordered that the Second Defendant Michael Riley is to pay the claimant’s costs summarily assessed at £2093 payable within 14 days of service of this order.
