.       On the  8th of June 2020 this court committed the following named person to prison

  1. which provided that the Respondent/ Defendant should not [set out relevant paras of the order]
i) owning or having a mobile telephone or SIM Card which number has not been disclosed in accordance with requirement 2 of the injunction
  1. the court found that [following admissions made] (s)he had disobeyed/breached  that order by
i) On 5 June 2020 owning or having a mobile telephone or SIM Card which number has not been disclosed in accordance with requirement 2 of the injunction, breach of prohibition 9.

ii) On 5 June 2020 breaching requirement 2 of the injunction by using a mobile telephone not notified to Merseyside Police in compliance with this requirement.

  1. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

i) On 5 June 2020 owning or having a mobile telephone

ii) On 5 June 2020 breaching requirement 2 of the injunction by using a mobile telephone not notified to Merseyside Police in compliance with this requirement.

Sentence

i) 84 days – imprisonment

 

ii) 84 days – imprisonment concurrent

be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison Altcourse for a (total) period of 84 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner,
