On 19th June 2020 Joyce Nyathi was found in Contempt of Court (on her own admission) for having wilfully breached the Order of 10th February 2020 in that on 15th June 2020 and on 18th June 2020 the Respondent was present at 72 Abbey Court, Hollybush Street, Gorton, Manchester, M18 8PU in breach of clause 2 of the order. There were a total of 2 breaches, for which she was sentenced to 28 Days for each breach to run concurrently and activation of a previous suspended sentence for which she was sentenced to 28 days to run consecutively, 56 days in total.
It was Ordered That Joyce Nyathi be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for a total period of 56 Days, or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
