On 13 January 2020 John Shockledge was found in Contempt of Court (on his own admission at a hearing on 25 November 2019) for having wilfully breached the Order of 11 February 2019 in that he attended at Lomas Court, Newman Street, Ashton u Lyne, OL6 7JN;

It was Ordered That:

John Shcokledge be committed, in his absence, for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for a total period of 84 Days, or until lawfully discharged if sooner. The sentence includes the activation of 42 days custodial sentence, suspended on 17 May 2019.
