Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction Committal for Contempt of Court Open Court
On 29th September 2020 Rebecca Shore was found in Contempt of Court (on her own admission) for having wilfully breached the Order of 18 May 2020 in that she used physical violence towards two other women at Arundel Court, Blackley, which also caused nuisance, alarm and distress to other residents. For the breach she was sentenced to 6 months imprisonment, suspended until 28 September 2022.
