In relation to the above numbered case on the 12th April 2021, District Judge Lynch sitting in the County Court at Milton Keynes as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of two months for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated the 15th February 2019. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Ken Connett was in breach of the Injunction, by:

  1. These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 15th February 2019 to which Ken Connett was subject.
