On 26th June 2020 Declan Dunne was found in Contempt of Court (on his own admission) for having wilfully breached the Order of 23rd September 2018 in that he was present in an area that he was prohibited from; there were a total of 3 breaches, for which he was sentenced to a total of 56 Days, plus activation of a Suspended Sentence Order in the reduced term of 120 days to run consecutively, making a total of 176 days.

It was Ordered That Declan Dunne be committed for contempt to Her Majesty’s Prison for a total period of 176 Days, or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
