In relation to the above numbered case on 28 June 2021 District Judge Byass sitting in the County Court in Bath as a District Judge of the County Court in Bath, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a fine of £131.25 for breach of an injunction dated 9 October 2020.
The basis of the sentence imposed is that Ian Baker was in breach of the inunction by causing a nuisance and swearing at a lawful visitor to his neighbourhood at around 11.27am and again at around 14.22 on 29 January 2021.
These breaches were contrary to the terms of the injunction Order dated 9 October 2020 to which Ian Baker was subject.
