In relation to case number BV19D10255 on 15th December 2020 at Cambridge Family Court, I Her Honour Judge Gordon-Saker, sentenced Eamon Jude McEleney to three months imprisonment for contempt of court for failure to comply with orders for financial disclosure. The basis of the sentence was that he repeatedly failed to comply with court orders to provide financial disclosure in financial remedy proceedings.
