Shahek Miah has been guilty of contempt of this court by:
- breaching the injunction order of 26/08/20 by playing loud music between 16:50 and 19:00 hrs on 03/06/21
And for his contempt the court imposed the penalty of:
The sentence of 10 days imprisonment for the admitted breach on 03/06/21, imposed consecutively to the previous suspended sentence of 28 days imposed on 11/01/21. The period of 10 days imprisonment is suspended on condition that the defendant complies with the order of District Judge Morgan dated 26/08/20 and consequently the period of suspension runs to 25/08/21. The total period of imprisonment that is suspended is therefore one of 38 days.
