Hull City Council -v- Scott Appleby
In relation to the above numbered case on 26 February 2021 Her Honour Judge Sarah Richardson sitting in the County Court at Kingston Upon Hull as a Judge of the County Court,
sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 146 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 13th November 2020. The basis of
the sentence imposed is that Scott Appelby was in breach of the Injunction, by see attached form N79
1. These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 13 November 2020 to which Scott Appleby was subject.
