In relation to the above numbered case on 07 January 2021, Deputy District Judge Hollow sitting in the County Court at Milton Keynes as a judge of the County Court, sentenced the defendant to a suspended sentence for contempt of Court on breach of an Injunction dated 20 April 2020
The basis of the sentence imposed is that Shane Sargent was in breach of the injunction by engaging in disorderly behaviour, such as shouting , using foul language aggressive behaviour, driving or riding any moto propelled vehicle such as a car, motorbike threatened use of violence towards any person including police officers or employees of the claimant.
These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 20 April 2020 to which Shane Sargent was subject.
