Pursuant to paragraph 13 of Practice Direction: Committal for Contempt of Court – Open Court G70YE011 Stonewater Limited v Daniel Barber. In relation to the above numbered case on 10 February 2021, District Judge Martin Davis sitting in the County Court at Yeovil as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 2 September 2020. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Daniel Barber was in breach of the Injunction, by

 

  • Engaging in conduct that caused nuisance to persons residing at Cottle Close, Glastonbury, Somerset BA6 8FP.

These breaches were contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 2 September 2020 to which Daniel Barber was subject.
