Order
Sentenced the Respondent in that case, to a custodial sentence of 3 months with immediate effect for contempt of court by breaching the order of the court made on 2 January 2026 that he must return the child to the Claimant immediately upon service of the order , in that he failed to return the child to the Claimant despite having been served with the order of 2 January 2026 on 6 January 2026. Because of the Defendant’s failure to comply with the court order, it was necessary for the Court to make a search and return order and for the child to be returned to the care of the Claimant by the police.
