Sentenced the respondent in that case to a custodial sentence of 7 days for contempt of court on breach of an order dated 09/07/2025.
The basis of the sentence imposed is that Paul Kelly is in contempt of court by posting photographs to his Instagram story on 3 separate occasions 12/12/2025, 23/12/2025 and 24/12/2025
These breaches were contrary to the terms of the order dated 09/07/2025 to which Paul Kelly was subject.
