In relation to M02MA649 on 12th August 2026, heard at Manchester Magistrates Court, Crown Square, Wood St, Manchester M60 1PR for the County Court at Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ, District Judge Emery sentenced Amy Rowarth to a suspended custodial sentence of 3 months for contempt of Court. The basis of that sentence was that she had breached the Injunction made on the 29th September 2025 (and extended on the 2nd February 2026 to expire on the 28th September 2027) on 31 counts between 10th February 2026 and 14th June 2026.

The terms of the Injunction were that the Respondent, AMY ROWARTH, (whether by herself, or by instructing, encouraging or allowing any other person) must not:

  1. Engage or threaten to engage in conduct that causes or is likely to cause nuisance or annoyance to any person living, visiting or otherwise having lawful reason to be in the locality of 42 Fir Tree Lane, Dukinfield, SK16 5EW.
    *Such nuisance and annoyance specifically relates to, but is not limited to:
    a) Excessively loud music.
    b) Leaving dog excrement in the communal garden and not picking it up.
    c) Excessively loud shouting.
    d) Causing any damage to any property belonging to the Claimant or your neighbours.
  2. Use abusive words or language to any person living, visiting or otherwise having lawful reason to be in the locality of 42 Fir Tree Lane, Dukinfield, SK16 5EW.
  3. Approach or contact Kathryn or John Barber at any time.
  4. Allow the garden to become cluttered with household items or rubbish.
