Notice pursuant to paragraph 13 of the Practice Direction 81 paragraph 13
Wigan Council obtained an injunction against Christopher Lovett on 9 November 2015 which was subsequently varied. The order provided, so far as relevant, that Christopher Lovett should not be within the area edged red on the map attached to the order at any time between 6pm and 9am daily.
The court found that Christopher Lovett was present within the area edged red during the prohibited times (and so in breach of the order) on 21 occasions between 29 October 2021 and 27 March 2022.
The court sentenced Christopher Lovett to 30 weeks’ imprisonment in respect of each breach to be served concurrently and concurrently with a sentence that Mr Lovett is currently serving imposed as a result of previous findings of breaches against him.
