In relation to K03MA321 on the 4th February 2025, sitting at the County Court at Manchester, Civil Justice Centre, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ, before District Judge Banks sentenced Moishin Ismail Mallu, to a suspended custodial sentence of 2 months, suspended for 12 months for contempt of Court. The basis of that sentence was that the Defendant had breached the Injunction made final on the 18th September 2023; the terms of which were –
Moishin Ismail Mallu (whether by himself or by instructing or encouraging or permitting any other person) must not:-

  1. Engage or threaten to engage in conduct which is capable of causing harassment} alarm or distress to Tony Osakuni Obi or any other Civil Enforcement Officer in the area of Manchester City.
  2. Use abusive or insulting or threatening behaviour against Tony Osakuni Obi or any other Civil Enforcement Officer in the area of Manchester City.
  3. Use or threaten to use violence against Tony Osakuni Obi or any Civil Enforcement Officer in the area of Manchester City.
