  1. On the 27th July 2023 this court determined that the following named person had committed contempt of court (having additionally admitted the same at previous hearing): (2) Christopher Martins
  1. In relation to an order dated 10th May 2022
  1. which provided that the Defendant is prohibited from [set out relevant paras of the order]

Mr Christopher Martins is forbidden (whether by himself or by instructing or encouraging any other person) from :

  1. Allowing anyone to enter or remain in 27 Whitton Walk, E3 2AF or 194 Rhodeswell Road, E14 7TL or any other premises where he lives which are provided by The London Borough of Tower Hamlets (“the premises”) except the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and its staff, agents, and contractors or the Emergency services. This does not prevent the Defendant himself from entering or remaining at those premises.
  2. the court found that he had disobeyed/breached that order by
  3. allowing on 7 th May 2023 2 people (other than those excepted by the injunction) to be present at 194 Rhodeswell Road, London E14
  4. allowing on 9th May 2023 another person (other than a person excepted by the injunction) to be present at 194 Rhodeswell Road, London E14
  5. allowing on 19th May 2023 Kenneth Okekko (not a person excepted by the injunction) to be present at 194 Rhodeswell Road, London E14
  6. and imposed the following sentence(s)
    21 days for each to run concurrently, and suspended providing he complies until 4pm on the 30th April 2024 with the injunction of 10th May 2022 as varied today
