In relation to the above numbered case on 3 May 2022, District Judge Walsh sitting in the County Court at Yeovil as a District Judge of the County Court, sentenced the Defendant in that case, to a custodial sentence of 58 days being 70 days less 12 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated 31 March 2022.
The basis of the sentence imposed is that Jane Mulley was in breach of the Injunction, by being on Yeovil Hight Street, Yeovil, Somerset BA20 1RE.
This breach is contrary to the terms of the Injunction Order dated 31 March 2022 to which Jane Mulley was subject.
