On the 7th July 2020 Roy Johnson was found in Contempt of Court (on his own admission) for having wilfully breached the Order of the 6th January 2020 in that he was engaging in conduct which was capable of causing nuisance and using racially motivated language; there were a total of 2 breaches, for which he was sentenced to a 10 week custodial sentence which is to be suspended until the 6th January 2021, upon the condition that he complies with the terms of his Injunction Order.
