In relation to the above numbered case on 6th December 2023 District Judge Leech sitting at the County Court at Plymouth, The Law Courts, Armada Way, Plymouth, PL1 2ER as a District Judge of the County Court sentenced the Defendant in the case, to a suspended custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court on breach of an Injunction Order dated the 15th December 2022. The Committal Order is suspended until 4 p.m. on the 6th June 2024 and will not be put in force if during the time the Defendant complies with the terms of the Injunction Order dated the 15th December 2022. The basis of the sentence imposed is that Richard Church was in breach of the Injunction, by
