Breach of Injunction Order of District Judge Evans dated the 25th of April 2025
Punishment imposed: 16 weeks imprisonment.
Brief reasons for Committal – The Defendant breached the Injunction Order dated 25th of April on the 6th and 7th of May 2025 in that he engaged in conduct capable of causing a nuisance or annoyance to persons in or around 244 Holton Road Barry by shouting and screaming and threatening to shoot himself. It necessitated firearms officers having to attend in the early hours of the morning which resulted in an initial stand-off with police officers prior to the arrest of the Defendant.
