Gary George Armstrong Rogers was found to be in breach of the terms of a suspended sentence of  6 months imprisonment for contempt of court imposed on 6 December 2021

The breaches of the terms were that having been replaced as the executor of an estate and undertaken as a term of the suspension to transfer the estate funds from his bank account to those of the substitute executor and to provide her with the Deeds to land withing the estate by 4.00pm on 7 January 2022, he failed to do so by the specified date, or at all.

A warrant was issued for his committal and the term of the sentence imposed on 6 December 2021 reduced from 6 months to 3 months.
