In relation to the above numbered case on the 16th June 2023 District Judge Taskeen whilst sitting at Stockport County Court in the County of Cheshire sentenced the Defendant Shane McDonagh to a custodial sentence for 2 months, such order be suspended provided that the Defendant complies with the new injunction order made against him with power of arrest attached thereto made on 16th June 2023.
