Before District Judge Phillips sitting at the County Court at Newcastle Upon Tyne, Newcastle Crown & Magistrates Court, The Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 3LA.

IT IS ORDERED THAT

  1. On the 28 January 2025 this court committed Tracy Lambert to prison in relation to an order dated 19 March 2024 (“the Injunction Order”) and which provided for terms including that the Defendant ought not to enter certain parts of Gateshead as described on maps attached to that order (“the Restricted Areas”) and to have contact with 4 named individuals.
  2. The Defendant admitted that she had breached the Injunction Order by:
    a. Entering a Restricted Area on 27 January 2025; and
    b. Having contact with an individual who was prohibited to her by being present in that individuals home on the same occasion on 27 January 2025.

3. The Court imposed the following sentences for those breaches to be served concurrently:

(a) 68 days; and
(b) 68 days.

4. Accordingly it was ordered that Tracy Lambert be committed for contempt to His Majesty’s Prison at Low Newton for a total period of 68 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner.
