In the matter of Together Housing Association Limited -v- Jason McKenzie – case number L00ZP506
District Judge Clarke committed Jason McKenzie to prison for contempt of court suspended until 30 May 2027, being the duration of an injunction. - Making a threat to commit suicide towards a contractor employed by the applicant housing association on 17 June 2024, in breach of paragraphs 3 and 6 of the injunction order.
- Engaging in conduct amounting to a nuisance or annoyance, in breach of paragraphs 5 and 6 of the injunction order.
The court directed that a total sentence of one month should be imposed, to be suspended for the duration of the injunction order, being until 30 May 2027.
