In relation to the above named case on 6th May 2026, His Honour Judge Afzal CBE, sitting as a Section 9 Judge of the High Court at Sheffield Combined Court, sentenced the defendant in that case to a custodial sentence of 28 days for contempt of court on breaches of an order dated 2nd August 2025, suspended for 12 months.
The basis of the sentence imposed is that Claire Elizabeth Robson is in contempt of court by breaching the order on 14 different occasions between 14 September 2024 and 8 November 2025.
The breaches were contrary to the terms of the order dated 2nd August 2025 to which Claire Elizabeth Robson was subject.
