On 23 February 2023 this Court committed the following named person to prison: CHRISTOPHER WILLS

  1. In relation to an order dated 10 January 2023
  1. which provided that the Defendant should not
    i) Engage in conduct which causes or is capable of causing nuisance or annoyance to any person living in or visiting Cashes Green and/or all Paganhill, Stroud
    ii) Use or threaten to use violence against any person living in or visiting Cashes Green and/or all Paganhill, Stroud
  1. the Court found that following admissions made following the receipt of legal advice he had disobeyed/breached that order by
  2. On 23 January 2023 deliberately put a number of items into his toilet causing the pipe to block and in turn cause a flood of wastewater and excrement in the bathroom of a neighbour causing her extreme nuisance and annoyance (ADMITTED).
  3. On 1 February 2023 stood in the communal corridor wearing only his boxer shorts and a T-shirt startling and unnerving residents going about their daily routine (ADMITTED).
  4. On 5 February 2023 deliberately blocked his toilet which almost caused another flood of wastewater and excrement in the bathroom of the same neighbour causing her extreme nuisance and annoyance (ADMITTED).
  5. On 6 February 2023 entered the home address of a neighbour without permission and remove toilet roll from the property (ADMITTED).
  6. and imposed the following sentence(s) for those breach(es)

  1. Accordingly it was ordered that Christopher Wills be committed for contempt to His Majesty’s Prison at Bristol for a total period of 28 days or until lawfully discharged if sooner. Having spent 10 (equivalent to 20) days on remand in custody, he shall serve 4 more days in custody.
