AND UPON considering the Claimant’s N461 Claim Form, detailed Statement of Facts and Grounds, and the application for interim relief contained therein
IT IS ORDERED IN THE INTERESTS OF THE CLAIMANT’S PRIVATE LIFE THAT:
i. The Claimant and Interested Party are granted anonymity in this claim. Pursuant to CPR 39.2, the identity of the Claimant and Interested Party shall not be disclosed directly or indirectly and this matter shall be known and listed as R (CPH) v London Borough of Redbridge.
ii. Pursuant to CPR 5.4C, a person who is not a party to these proceedings may obtain a copy of pleadings, a Judgment or Order only if the relevant document has been anonymised, such that the Claimant is referred to as “CPH” and the Interested Party as “CPH1”, and their addresses removed.
iii. There shall be no reporting of any information that may lead to the identification of the Claimant or Interested Party. In particular, disclosure of the Claimant’s or Interested Party’s name or addresses is prohibited.
