UPON the application of the Claimant for anonymity (the “Application”)

AND UPON the Defendant confirming that it does not oppose the Application

AND UPON hearing Counsel for the Claimant, Marlena Valles, at a hearing on 19 March 2026

IT IS ORDERED THAT

  1. Pursuant to CPR 39.2(4) and/or the Court’s inherent jurisdiction and/or s. 6 of the Human Rights Act 1998:
    1.1. the name of the Claimant is to be withheld from the public and must not be disclosed in any proceedings in public; and
    1.2 the Claimant is to be referred to orally and in writing as CTD.
  2. Pursuant to s.11 of the Contempt of Court Act 1981, there must be no publication of the identity of the Claimant or of any matter likely to lead to the identification of any of them in any report of, or otherwise in connection with, these proceedings.
  3. Pursuant to CPR 5.4C(4):
    3.1. the parties must by 4pm on 10 April 2026 file a redacted copy of any statement of case filed, omitting the name, address and any other information likely to lead to the identification of the Claimant;
    3.2. if any statement of case subsequently filed includes information likely to lead to the identification of the Claimant, a redacted copy omitting that information must be filed at the same time; and
    3.3. unless the Court grants permission under CPR 5.4C(6), no non-party may obtain a copy of any unredacted statement of case.
  4. The Application is to be sealed and marked as confidential only to be opened by order of a Judge of the County Court.
  5. Any person wishing to vary or discharge this Order must make an application, served on each party with seven days’ notice.
  6. A copy of this order be published on the website of the Judiciary of England and Wales.
  7. The Claimant shall serve this order on the Defendants.
  8. Costs in the case.
