Order
UPON the Claimant’s application for an interim injunction in harassment against the Defendant and for a third party disclosure order against four non-parties (the Third Parties)
AND UPON hearing the Claimant in person by CVP video link at a hearing on 14 July 2026 and the Defendant and the Third Parties not appearing or being represented
AND UPON the Court noting that neither the Defendant nor the Third Parties had been put on notice of these applications
AND UPON the Court refusing the applications in an ex tempore judgment
IT IS ORDERED that:
- The Claimant is granted anonymity with the initials CTY, as previously, for the purpose of this application. The Claimant shall be referred to as CTY in any order or judgment of this court and shall not be permitted to use any other acronym in any claim or application relating to this Defendant or the Claimant’s former partner, identified in the Confidential Schedule attached hereto.
- This application for interim injunctive relief in harassment is dismissed. It is totally without merit.
- The Claimant’s application for third party disclosure orders under CPR 31.17 against St Mary the Virgin, Chiddingstone, the Castle Inn, Chiddingstone, Edenbridge Rugby Football Club Ltd and Chiddingstone Church of England School is dismissed.
- The transcript of the ex tempore judgment shall be obtained through public funds. The judgment and this Order shall be served on the Defendant by the Court so that she and the Claimant’s former partner are aware of the claim, application and judgment.
- No order for costs.
