- Pursuant to CPR 39.2 in any report of these proceedings, there shall be no publication of the name and address of the Claimant nor any other particulars likely to lead to her identification. In these proceedings, the Claimant shall be anonymised and referred to as “CXA”.
Reasons
- The Claimant is a recognised potential victim of trafficking. Balancing his interests in privacy against the strong public interest in open justice, the balance comes down in favour of privacy.
