Order

On the Claimant’s application for anonymity and expedition.
After reading the papers
ORDER by Mr C M G Ockelton, Vice President of the Upper Tribunal, sitting as a judge of the High Court

  1. Pursuant to Rule 39.2 the Claimant is granted anonymity and is to be referred to as ‘DB’.
  2. The defendant is to file and serve her Acknowledgment of Service and Summary Grounds of Defence no later than 25 May 2023.
  3. Following the expiry of the time limited by paragraph 2 above, the application for permission is to be put before a judge within 48 hours for determination or other order.

Reasons

It is not expedient at this stage to make any of the other orders sought by the claimant, which are in any event not entirely consistent as to the level of urgency claimed. The judge who deals with the matter with sight of the defendant’s position will be able to consider what if any procedural orders should be made.
